Morninglory Persians

Who said Persians don't?

Persians don't climb or wander - Nobody told this pair

Persians don't get on with dogs - just check it out

Persians don't get neglected - sadly not true

Who said Persians don't climb or wander - well nobody told Fio.
Fio up a tree

Oberon - now where did that bird go?

If you intend to allow your Persian free access to your garden you need a safe secure fenced garden, which can be a costly investment. Cats are naturally inquisitive climbers and jumpers so don't be misled into believing that Persians just sit and look pretty.

This lad (left) is a true cat despite his fluffy cushion apopearance. He is lightening quick and with hunting skills that would be the envy of any non-pedigree cat. (By the way the fence Oberon is sitting on is 6 feet high).

You should be aware that if your Persian goes out, its coat will require far more grooming and attention to keep it from matting - a thorough daily grooming routine will be essential.

So cats are supposed to be afraid of dogs - well nobody told this kitten!

 Hey are you real?

(should this be a case of 'let sleeping dogs lie'?)

Mirsamir Oden doesn't look all that impressed with that little ball of fluff
They say fools rush in
I'll just check to see if it is real!
Yep - it's real enough!
I guess ignorance really is bliss
What do you suppose he is saying ?
Just remember who is in charge here right!

Doesn't look much better from this angle either!

(Sometimes it really is best we don't know the scale of the problem!)

the scale of things
Oh please make it go away so I can sleep!

Guess I showed him who's boss!

(and doesn't the afghan look impressed!)

Peace and harmony.
A case of the 'lion lying down with the lamb'?
Are they whispering?

Well if I wasn't afraid of him you've got no chance!

Who said Persians are always loved and cared for? Sadly this is not always true.
Many Persians are abandoned each year - many often sadly neglected or even mistreated. Rescues are full of these sad little cats.
